1. Agreement

By accessing GleeTool, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

GleeTool provides browser-based utilities, an AI directory, accounts, and optional storage or collaboration features. Features may change, become unavailable, or have different data handling requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use GleeTool to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass limits, interfere with the service, abuse other users, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, or invasive of privacy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to host, process, display, back up, and provide the requested feature. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk.

6. AI directory and third-party services

Directory listings are informational and may contain links to third-party services. GleeTool does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, pricing, output, or policies. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

GleeTool branding, software, design, and original content belong to GleeTool or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service, not ownership of its underlying materials.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

GleeTool is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GleeTool disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia. Courts with jurisdiction in Cochabamba, Bolivia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
